School Selection & Research

Set your priorities, research which schools match your preferences, and narrow down to 2-3 schools!

Application Preparation

Prepare the documents required for application.

💡 Tip: For popular schools with waiting lists, it’s recommended to inquire 6-12 months in advance to check waiting list status.

  • Passport copies (parents and student)
  • Academic transcripts (in English)
  • English proficiency certificate (EIKEN / TOEFL / IELTS, etc.)
  • Medical certificate or vaccination records
  • School’s application form

Entrance Exam & Interview

Most schools conduct one of the following:

  • Written tests: English and Mathematics (online or on-site)
  • Online interview: Meeting with the principal via Zoom
  • For younger children: Simple academic assessment or observation test

✨ Upon passing, an “Offer Letter (Letter of Acceptance)” will be issued.

Student Pass Application

If you don’t have a valid visa for Malaysia, a Student Pass is required.

2. Document review → Approval (approximately 4-6 weeks)

3. After approval letter is issued, school applies for Student Pass at state immigration office
