Service Overview

This orientation service helps you start your local life smoothly after arriving in Malaysia. We provide on-site guidance on essential life information including transportation, shopping at supermarkets, hospital locations, Japanese restaurants, and Japanese community.

Orientation Contents (Half Day to Full Day)

1. Local Amenities Near Your Residence

• Supermarkets: Village Grocer, Jaya Grocer (rich in Japanese ingredients), AEON, Tesco
• Convenience Stores: 7-Eleven, Family Mart (24-hour operation)
• Pharmacies: Guardian, Watsons (over-the-counter medicine, daily necessities)
• Banks & ATMs: Locations and usage of major banks

2. How to Use Transportation

• Grab: How to use the ride-hailing app (registration, payment methods)
• MRT & LRT: Train route maps, ticket purchase methods
• Bus: Major routes and timetables
• Taxi: How to choose safe taxis

3. Medical & Emergency Contacts

• Hospitals: Private hospitals with Japanese support (Pantai, Gleneagles)
• Clinics: Recommended pediatric, dental, and internal medicine clinics
• Pharmacies: How to receive prescriptions, buy over-the-counter medicine
• Emergency Numbers: Ambulance (999), Police (999), Fire (994)

4. Japanese Food & Restaurant Information

• Japanese Restaurants: Ramen, sushi, izakaya, yakiniku, etc.

Orientation Flow

1. Pickup from Residence: Depart by car from your home
2. Local Amenities Tour: On-site guidance to supermarkets, banks, hospitals, school vicinity (2-3 hours)
3. Lunch: Meal experience at Japanese restaurant or local eatery
4. Q&A: Individual responses to questions and concerns about daily life
5. Return to Residence: Transport back to your home
