This orientation service helps you start your local life smoothly after arriving in Malaysia. We provide on-site guidance on essential life information including transportation, shopping at supermarkets, hospital locations, Japanese restaurants, and Japanese community.

1. Local Amenities Near Your Residence
- Supermarkets: Village Grocer, Jaya Grocer (rich in Japanese ingredients), AEON, Tesco
- Convenience Stores: 7-Eleven, Family Mart (24-hour operation)
- Pharmacies: Guardian, Watsons (over-the-counter medicine, daily necessities)
- Banks & ATMs: Locations and usage of major banks
2. How to Use Transportation
- Grab: How to use the ride-hailing app (registration, payment methods)
- MRT & LRT: Train route maps, ticket purchase methods
- Bus: Major routes and timetables
- Taxi: How to choose safe taxis
3. Medical & Emergency Contacts
- Hospitals: Private hospitals with Japanese support (Pantai, Gleneagles)
