Our company group started in 1999 in Penang as a company supporting long-term stays and study abroad for Japanese people in Malaysia.
In 2003, we became the first Japanese company to be an authorized Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) agent, and have since helped over 2,000 Japanese nationals obtain MM2H visas.
We hope to continue serving you with long stays in Malaysia, long-term visa acquisition, study abroad support, local insurance, and asset management.

- 1992 – Moved to Penang, Malaysia
- 1998 – Obtained Malaysian Permanent Residency
- 1999 – Founded Tropical Resort Lifestyle
- 2003 – Became the first Japanese company authorized as MM2H agent
- 2020 – Achieved over 2,000 MM2H visa acquisitions for Japanese nationals
