Alice Smith School, established in 1946, is Malaysia’s first non-profit British international school, providing quality education to children aged 3 to 18. Early Years

Alice Smith School provides inquiry-based early childhood education for children aged 3 to 7. The curriculum is based on “Development Matters” and integrated with the British National Curriculum’s Early Learning Goals, emphasizing learning through play.
In a flexible indoor and outdoor environment, children explore at their own pace and naturally develop a wide range of 21st-century skills including critical thinking, creativity, social skills, and physical coordination.
Teachers provide individualized support and challenges tailored to each child’s interests and developmental stage, nurturing autonomous lifelong learners.

Primary School

The Primary School delivers high-quality education based on the British National Curriculum, combined with CUSP (Curriculum Unity Schools Partnership) and White Rose Maths teaching methodologies.
A well-balanced range of subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, Art, Music, Computing, PE, and PSHE (Personal, Social, Health & Economic education) develops students’ thinking and expression skills.
Learning is structured around the three-stage model of “Intent,” “Implementation,” and “Impact,” with detailed teacher guidance ensuring each student grows with confidence and motivation.

Secondary School

Alice Smith School’s Secondary School (Years 7-13) provides academically excellent education based on the British National Curriculum, leading to internationally recognized (I)GCSE and A-Level qualifications. Students take (I)GCSE in Years 10-11 and A-Levels in Years 12-13, gaining the skills needed for university admission worldwide. The school supports independent and collaborative learning through diverse subject choices, career education, and state-of-the-art facilities.

In 2024, 77% of (I)GCSE results were A*-A (9-7), and 86% of A-Level results were A*-B. Furthermore, 94% of graduates went on to universities worldwide, with 33 students receiving offers from QS World Top 10 universities including Oxford, Cambridge, and Imperial College, demonstrating outstanding university placement records.
